Appointment Policy

• All appointments are private and have a 2 hour time slot.
• Our sample gowns range from sizes UK 10 – UK 16.
• We kindly request that no fake tan and minimal makeup is worn to the appointment as we strive to keep our gowns pristine for every bride.
• We do not provide in house alterations, but do have a list of recommended seamstresses which will be provided upon purchase.
• We do not offer storage for purchased gowns. Gowns must be collected within 30 days of arrival in store.
• We do offer a range of “off the peg” dresses which are available to take home on the day. Sizing ranges from UK 10 – UK 16.
